This is a wonderful love story. I was not able to put it down and read it in one day. The themes of this novel are based upon experiences most have had in their lives. The writing style of the author makes it very easy to read and very engaging. The choice of words and writing style are so clever. I laughed. I cried. I was sad and happy. One of the most unique characteristics of this book is the music by chapter that has been identified by the author. I was amazed at the connection choice of songs had to the events of the story. It made it actually a more engaging and enjoyable experience for the reader. Like the written word, music brings out the emotion of the story too. I was wow'd and I recommend it highly. Cant wait to read his next novel.Product details

I could not put this book down and read it in two nights.
It is a sweet little love story that captivated me.
The Author did a great job and I can't wait for his next novel.
This book is written with a tone much like having a conversation with good friends over a cold beer. It's clever, witty and ironic. The author paints a very vivid picture with his mastery of the written word. You are able to visualize the characters and feel emotions without being convoluted by $15-words. Genius!!!! Definitely a great gift for Christmas! I highly recommend FORGIVING FROST!
I was lucky enough to help proofread this book before it was published, and I've read it since then as well. It's a great read that hooks you immediately and keeps you interested the entire time. I also live in Indy, so I love the small (and accurate) references to the city. I was able to imagine everything as it was taking place around the city, and I wish the coffee shop was real! Would make a great gift, too. Well done, Mr. Huffman!
A great book that touches your heart. It is funny and sarcastic . A quick read that you can't put down.
Easy to relate to the main character if you are a 20 something post college career man with a romantic side. If you have a few hours its worth reading.
